Sustainable Design

Three-quarters of BELL Architects’ staff are LEED accredited and experts in combining LEED certifications to the rehabilitation of existing buildings. We approach each project with an effort towards resource conservation and sustainability. BELL Architects is one of only 60 small businesses nationwide participating in the GSA Climate Leaders Pilot Program. As such, we have calculated our baseline Greenhouse Gas Emissions and project significant improvements over the next two years. All of our projects are analyzed during concept phase for compliance with LEED checklist. We can provide our clients with an approach to every project that achieves the best solution for resource and asset utilization that maximizes the value for the resources expended.
