The firm has even developed its own historic building into LEED certified rehabilitation, and it understands the related issues for construction and maintenance operations as owners.
BELL Architects adds value by improving the built environment through appropriate design, incorporating GREEN alternatives and project management with cost, time and quality in mind. The firm understands that a beautiful building that does not meet the functional needs of its user is not a success. However, a functional cost effective building can be beautiful and sustainable. BELL Architects approaches each project by listening to the needs of the client first and foremost, establishing the goals, and then consulting its team members to come up with creative, cost-effective and sustainable ideas to surpass the expectations of the client.
