BELL Architects was formed in 1999, as a professional corporation in Washington, DC. We have a varied practice, concentrating on community development opportunities in the District of Columbia. This includes mixed-use, retail, residential, and institutional projects. We specialize in difficult, urban sites, sustainable design, historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
