BELLArchitects is involved in a number of community development projects along the commercial corridors of H Street, Georgia Avenue and 4th Street. These projects include new and adaptive reuse of low scale masonry buildings with retail, education, office and arts uses. In addition to design and historic preservation work, we are also involved in helping the communities with needs assessments, resources surveys and capacity building of nascent neigborhood institutions.
