T. David Bell

AIA, LEEDap BD+C, Principal, Project Director & LEEDap Designer

Mr. Bell has a passion and expertise for integrating history, culture and sustainable design into the built environment. He is an award winning architect, involved in a variety of project types, scales and uses which range from Criminal Justice Facilities, Embassies, Child Care Centers, Historic House Museums, Administrative Offices, Educational Facilities, Postal Facilities, mixed-use and multi-modal transportation centers and Theaters. His skills and interests are focused on integrating innovative and traditional practice to achieve superior results with respect to conserving energy, environmental, financial and cultural resources. In addition to the following presentations and juries, he has been interviewed for National Public Radio, local and national newspapers related to design.

Bob Swank

AIA, NCARB, LEEDap Principal, Quality Control Manager & Senior Architect

Mr. Swank is a diverse architect with over 30 years of experience in all phases of design and construction, with particular expertise in technical coordination, detailing and quality assurance on complex projects as well as renovation and additions through Indefinite Delivery Contracts for the federal / local government and private sector clients. His focus includes residential, commercial, industrial and recreation / child development facilities work. Mr. Swank has managed a variety of US Embassy facility upgrade and expansion projects, including new Diplomatic Staff housing and related staff community facilities. He has been involved with domestic Federal Government projects, including Air Traffic Control Center upgrades and airport expansions and numerous projects for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing.
