BELLArchitects approaches each project with the intent of providing added value to the client and improving the built environment with cost, time and quality in mind. We understand that a beautiful building, that does not meet the functional needs of the user, is not a success. However, a functional, cost effective building can be beautiful. T. David Bell, founder and principal of BELLArchitects, is keenly aware that the first step is to listen, the second step is to understand and third is to collaborate with the entire team to achieve superior results.
We approach each project from a broad base of knowledge and incorporate specialists into the design team when warranted. Our role is to collect, disseminate and filter information to provide structure and a rational approach to the building process. We help clients achieve and even exceed their goals through integrated design and project management.
